Who are the lawyers on KHR?
Every lawyer is Bar Council verified. We check provincial Bar registration, years of practice, specialization in property law, and conduct a brief interview before listing.
What if the lawyer doesn't deliver on time?
You get an automatic full refund from the escrow after the SLA window passes. No questions asked.
Can the lawyer talk to me directly?
Yes. Once your order is paid into escrow, the lawyer's contact details (phone + WhatsApp) are unlocked for you. Before that, identity stays private.
What's KHR's commission?
KHR keeps a small platform fee (≈ 25–30% of the price) which covers escrow, dispute mediation, lawyer verification & support. The rest goes to the lawyer.
What if I'm not satisfied with the report?
Raise a dispute within 48 hours of submission. KHR's review team will examine the report and rule fairly. If at fault, the lawyer redoes the work or you get a refund.
